Is there lift access to all levels?
Tingirana Noosa has a glass lift which gives access to all levels of the building.
What is the difference between the Deluxe and Penthouse apartments?
Our Deluxe apartments are on the first and second floors, the Penthouses are on the third floor. The Penthouses being on the top floor have higher views, an upgraded Bose surround sound system and some different artworks and light fittings. The décor, size, facilities and layout of all our rooms is to the same high standard. The Penthouse apartments do not have roof top access.
Is there parking on site?
Tingirana Noosa offers complimentary secure parking in the basement car park. There are wheelchair access spaces available. There is a height restriction of 1.9 metres.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Our tariffs are room only, however, Season restaurant is within the resort and can offer room service and pool service for Tingirana Noosa guests. Season is owned and operated separately so you are not able to charge meals to your room account.
The room service hours are:
Breakfast – 8.00am to 10.00am
Lunch – 12.00pm to 2.00pm
Dinner – 5.45pm to 7.15pm
What deposit do I need to pay?
Tingirana Noosa will require one night’s accommodation per week of stay to confirm each booking. Deposits are due six months prior to arrival. If bookings are made within six months of arrival, a deposit is required at time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a deposit has been paid, a cancellation made 8 days or more prior to arrival will attract a 12% administration fee. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the deposit is non refundable unless all nights of the booking are relet. If all nights are re-let the deposit will be refunded less a 12% administration fee.
What is the closest airport to Tingirana Noosa?
The closest airport to Tingirana Noosa is the Sunshine Coast airport. Jetstar, Tiger Airways and Virgin Blue all fly into the Sunshine Coast airport. The closest international airport is Brisbane airport. It takes approximately 40 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane airport to get to Tingirana Noosa.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
We can arrange bus and limousine transfers from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane airports on guests behalf. Please have your flight number and arrival and/or departure times available when making the booking.
Do you have cots to hire?
We can arrange hire of a variety of baby equipment on guests behalf for use during your stay. Please allow at least one week’s notice of requirements prior to arrival.
Are pool towels provided?
Tingirana Noosa provides complimentary pool and beach towels for use during your stay. We also have beach chairs and beach umbrellas you are welcome to use.
How many apartments are at Tingirana?
We have 18 Two Bedroom Beachfront apartments which use a dual key system and can be locked off to become 18 One Bedroom Beachfront apartments and 18 Streetfront Studios.
Can we get a late checkout?
Checkout is 11.00am. Guests who are departing Noosa later than 11.00am are welcome to take advantage of our baggage store and make use of the pool, car park, guest lounge and bathroom facilities.
Do you have a pool?
There is a 20 metre heated pool overlooking the beach. We also have a heated spa pool and heated children's wading pool.
How new are the apartments?
Tingirana Noosa opened in October 2000. We are constantly striving to improve and maintain the standard of quality in the rooms and the resort. We have recently upgraded to king size beds in all of our Beachfront apartments as well as constantly updating our soft furnishings.
